Allied health clinically trained Nutritionist (CPN) & Nutritional Epidemiologist (MSc)

With over a decade of clinical expertise, Petra is a respected and caring nutritionist who specialises in a food first approach for health and recovery. Her warm, collaborative style emphasises practical tools, measurable progress, and client empowerment, fostering person-centred, confident and self-reliant healthy eating and nutrition habits.
Her passion for food as medicine was ignited by supporting a family member’s health challenges, including a rare genetic condition and Autism, which highlighted the powerful role of epigenetics and daily food choices in influencing health outcomes.
Petra supports clients with nutrition for:

Petra is a degree qualified clinical nutritionist and MSc Nutritional Epidemiology & Public Health. She has worked in private practice in Sydney and The Netherlands since 2013 and as Research Affiliate at the Charles Perkins Centre’s Healthy Longevity Lab, Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Sydney in 2022/2023.Â
